Using this application

These terms govern your use of the Moody Heating and Air application at moody.romegadigital.com, operated by Romega Digital for Moody Heating and Air. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app currently provides company Google sign-in and an account archive preview. Record search and file transfers are not yet available. A preview does not promise a delivery date or a specific future feature.

Authorized access

Use the app only for work that Moody or Romega has authorized you to perform. You must use your own approved Google Workspace account. A permitted email domain does not give you permission to access or use every company record.

Protect your account and device, do not share access, and notify Romega if you suspect unauthorized use. Access may be restricted or removed when your role changes or your use puts the service or information at risk.

Acceptable use

• Access, upload, copy, or transfer information only when you have the required authority and rights.
• Do not bypass access controls, impersonate others, introduce malicious software, or disrupt the service.
• Do not disclose customer, employee, or business information to unauthorized people.
• Follow applicable law and your organization’s data handling requirements.

Company records and ownership

Company records remain the property of their respective owners. Using the app does not transfer ownership of those records to Romega. Romega may process records only as needed to provide the authorized service and support.

Romega and its licensors retain their rights in the application, software, and branding. These terms permit authorized use of the service; they do not transfer those rights to you.

Availability and review of results

The service may be interrupted, changed, or unavailable during maintenance or development. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, the app is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Keep required source records and backups. When archive or transfer features become available, check the results before relying on them or deleting source information. The app’s archive description is not a guarantee of permanent retention.

Privacy and other services

Our privacy policy explains how this app handles personal information. Google authentication and any other connected service are also subject to their providers’ terms. Romega does not control those providers’ availability or policies.

Agreements, changes, and contact

A separate written service agreement between Romega and Moody takes precedence if it conflicts with these terms, including on service commitments, charges, and liability. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the updated terms here with a revised effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate for a material change. Contact Romega Digital with questions or to report an access issue.
